When booking an appointment with GlossGenius, please note the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows may also be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. • Please understand that late cancellations and missed appointments leave empty spots that are difficult to fill.
